For this project, the goal was to design a bold and captivating sticker sheet featuring three animated GIFs for SIMS, a snowboard and skateboard company. After discussing with the general manager, I learned that SIMS wanted to shift its style toward a raw, street-inspired aesthetic. With this direction in mind, I crafted a sticker set that embodies this gritty, rebellious energy.

The designs embrace a rough, sharp, and almost gruesome aesthetic, reflected in elements like jagged broken bones, exposed brains, thorny line work, and edgy compositions. Most of the stickers were hand-drawn, digitally refined, and then colored to maintain an organic yet raw feel. For inspiration, I explored local surf and skate shops, snowboard brands, and the iconic skate art of Jim Phillips.

One of the standout pieces is the skull GIF, consisting of nine hand-drawn frames animated in Photoshop. The animation creates a striking “mind-blowing” effect, revealing an exposed brain that spells out "SIMS." To heighten the impact, I used a vivid, saturated color palette, grainy textures, and jittery motion, amplifying the energy and intensity of the piece. The additional GIFs follow the same hand-drawn approach but feature different illustrations, each designed to further engage and excite the viewer.
